      Okay,
this works for outputting the scripts but there is a niggle.

When you reload TinyMCE, note that prettify is not loaded and any tags (Javascript etc) can run as scripts.  
There needs to be a step to run prettify through TinyMCE as well as intgrating the actual tag button, otherwise you lose the informations when you perform article / blog alterations
